Karate meets Jiu Jitsu

In this seminar the instructors will give an insight into the principles of these JuJutsu systems and Karate, as well as many practical Jujutsu and (Kata) Karate solutions against some habitual facts of physical violence.
All in all an interesting tête-à-tête comparison between these self-defense disciplines.
